Typical result windows, not a leak

Board Exam Result Date Checker

CBSE class 10 and 12 results have often appeared in May; ICSE/ISC often in April–May; state boards wander. This page repeats those typical windows and tells you to watch the board site. It is not a rumour mill, not a “result link,” and not DigiLocker — though DigiLocker is a legitimate official way to receive marksheets once the board pushes them.

The conversion students actually type

Students in Ranchi (CBSE), in Kolkata (CISCE) and in Chennai (state) refresh the wrong domain. IndiaKit names the usual month and points at the board, so a phishing “result portal” looks less tempting.

The formula used here

cbse → Usually May (class 10/12). icse → Usually April–May. state → Varies; watch the state board site. Default dropdown is CBSE.

Official CBSE: cbse.gov.in. CISCE: cisce.org. State boards have their own domains (for example, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu).

We do not scrape or predict a roll-number result. No roll number field exists here.

CBSE typical May window

A class 12 student in Ranchi selects CBSE and reads “Usually May.” She bookmarks cbse.gov.in and her DigiLocker, and ignores a Telegram file named “CBSE leak.”

Boards publish their own notes

Typical months only, not the date for this year. No roll-number lookup. Official board websites win every spring.

Common questions

When will CBSE result 2026 be declared?

This page will not invent a date. Watch cbse.gov.in and authentic news based on CBSE’s own press note.

Is DigiLocker official?

DigiLocker is a Government of India platform and boards often push marksheets there. It is still not this website. Do not share OTP with a look-alike app.

My Tamil Nadu state board is never in May.

That is why the state option says “varies.” Use the TN board’s official site for that calendar.
